Here is a simple way to test the route between your computer and the hosting server.
The operator should verify the user computer is correctly connected to the internet.
Then the Start –> Run on the left lower corner should be opened: input mstsc
Input the command ‘tracert your domain name (or IP address) – > Enter
If there are no notifications of ‘request timeout’, then the route between servers is operational.
If you observe timeout notifications such as ‘request timeout’, etc., then there is an error on the route which is not allowing the servers to connect. The IP location can be checked through the webmaster tool.
